A record cold front with a freeze warning is sweeping across the state, and there is much concern about the animals. In Luke’s dream, he and Greg dogsled through the Arctic and helicopter into Antarctica. They meet warm hearted natives including a polar bear family, a seal, caribou, and penguins. With the help of two polar princesses, Luke and Greg confront the hunters and oil drillers disturbing the animals and their habitats. A very rare gem is discovered in the tundra. Luke awakens to a surprise ending.
